Physical product or item: If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased or received, please click here to email us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. You have a 30 day money back guarantee on all items purchased through either our store or as a member. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Cash payments will be refunded in the form of an electronic transfer within 10 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.

Delivery

We will mail products within 3 days of us accepting the order. Postage and handling charges will vary depending on delivery location Orders will be delivered by Australia Post.

We will advise you within 3 business days if products are not available at the time of order, or if there may be a delay
